Herbal Hot Compress Packs

Main effects:

Usage instructions: 

1.Spray both sides of the herbal hot pack with water. 

2.Place the herbal hot pack flat in the microwave oven and heat for 1 minute. 

3.Turn the hot pack over so that the other side can be heated for another 1 minute.

4.Apply it to the area that feels uncomfortable. 

If the temperature of the hot pack is too high, place a thin towel between the skin and the hot pack, then put a layer of adhesive film on top of the hot pack, and add another towel. This will allow the heat of the hot pack to last longer. If the pain is severe, you can use it repeatedly.

A hot pack can be reused for about 7 to 8 months. If the medicinal flavor becomes weak, please bring it back and add more herbs, and it can be used again. Each time you add herbs
